Vybz Return Policy
At Vybz, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy to make things right. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving the items you purchased. The following requirements must be fulfilled for the item to be eligible for a return:
- It must be unused, in its original packing, and with all of its tags, just as you received it.
- You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Starting a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at support@vybz.com. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:

Keep in mind any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
We want you to receive your items in perfect condition, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and make sure everything is resolved.
4. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for another, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once it’s accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get exactly what you want!
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without providing a justification. As with all returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If it’s approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
